La compagnie Doble Mandoble est née en 2007 fondée par les frères jumeaux Luis Javier et Miguel Angel Cordoba Pelegrín qui, après une trajectoire artistique longue et diversifiée, lancent leurs propres productions comme créateurs et interprètes. 

Les spectacles de Doble Mandoble se caractérisent par leur énergie, leur fraicheur et leur humour. Il en ressort une grande maîtrise technique dans différents domaines comme la magie et l’acrobatie au service d’une mise en scène théâtrale, inondée par la poésie et le visuel.

Actuellement ils cherchent à fusionner d’autres disciplines aux arts du cirque, avec un intérêt très particulier pour la magie nouvelle, mais aussi pour la danse, le théâtre d’objets, les arts audiovisuels et numériques. Ces derniers sont d’ailleurs développés dans la dernière création de la compagnie : « Full HD »

Doble Mandoble was founded in 2007 by the twin brothers Luis Javier and Miguel Ángel Córdoba Pelegrín. After a long and diverse artistic career, they have decided to develop their own productions as creators and performers of their company’s work.

Doble Mandoble performances are distinguished by their energy, inventiveness and absurd humor, as well as by their technical expertise in various disciplines such as magic and acrobatics, all melded together to form a mise-en-scène overflowing with the poetic and the visual. 

They create a new approach to magic via an impeccable fusion of circus and the manipulation of objects, with the addition of theatrical staging and burlesque. It is not about a demonstration of the effects of magic, rather it is about how these effects serve a new form of funny, original “visual theatre” with that touch of the absurd and the poetic which characterizes the company.
